You complete a one-time onboarding: upload your check-in manuals, fill in your house rules, and add local recommendations. Hoperflow is trained on this content and answers guest questions using RAG similarity searches. You can update it anytime.
What languages does the AI support?
Hoperflow detects the guest's language automatically and responds in kind. It currently supports 28 languages including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, and Dutch.
What triggers an escalation?
You define your own rules. Defaults include: the AI cannot resolve a question after 2 attempts, the guest explicitly asks to speak to the host, or the topic matches a sensitive category (damage, safety, noise complaint).
Will guests know they are talking to an AI?
